If you have a glass of oatmeal and carrots

1- Grate the carrots and apples (you can leave them peeled for extra flavor and nutrition). Set aside.
2- Beat the eggs and add the plain yogurt in a large bowl. Mix well.
3- Add the rolled oats to the mixture and stir to combine.
4- Add the honey or syrup and mix again.
5- Add the grated carrots and apples to the mixture and mix until well combined.
6- Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper (approx. 22 cm in diameter).
7- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40-45 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and cooked through (you can test with a toothpick to see if it is cooked through).
8- Let it cool before serving.
