Step 3: Bake on the stovetop
Heat a non-stick frying pan over low heat.
Lightly grease it with a few drops of oil or use a dry non-stick frying pan.
Pour the batter into the pan and shape it into a small loaf or a thick pancake.
Cover with a lid and cook for 10-12 minutes on one side.
Carefully flip and cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown and firm.
Step 4: Cool and enjoy
Let the bread cool slightly before slicing. It’s naturally sweet and delicious on its own, but you can also top it with nut butter, fruit or a drizzle of maple syrup if you like.
